ORLOFF proposes tailor-made spa consulting and spa management services to suit each individual spa project and budget.

From the architectural design to the definition of a spa concept, the creation of the menu, recruiting services and pre-opening, training services to spa protocols and product sales, to the daily follow-up of the spa unit for quality control, and marketing policy, Orloff stands directly in assistance to spa and hotel managers.

Orloff Spa marketing policy aims at stimulating in-house guests’ spa demand in order to increase spa occupancy and revenue, through bookings and sale of products. This goal is realized with various tools available in the Assistance to Management contract.
